Is Community Membership free?
Yes. Community Membership is free and gives you access to our Queen Facebook Groups, community updates and many member activities. Additional opportunities may become available as the Queen Collective grows.
How do I become a seller?
Simply complete the seller application. Once approved, you can begin selling through our Queen Facebook Groups or apply to open your own Thrift Queen Marketplace store.
Do I need to be a member before becoming a seller?
Yes. All sellers must first become members of Queen Collective and agree to our community standards and marketplace policies.
Can anyone become a Founding Queen?
No. Founding Queen membership was a once-off founding initiative and is now closed to new applicants.
Can businesses join Queen Collective SA?
Yes. Small businesses, makers, collectors and creative entrepreneurs are welcome, provided they meet our membership and community standards
Will membership benefits grow over time?
Yes. As Queen Collective continues to grow, members will enjoy access to additional opportunities, resources and future ecosystem benefits.
What can I sell?
Members may sell approved pre-loved, handmade, vintage, collectable and selected new items in accordance with the relevant Queen Group and Marketplace Terms.
Can I sell through Facebook and the Marketplace?
Yes. Many members choose to sell through our Queen Facebook Groups, while others open a Thrift Queen Marketplace store. You’re welcome to use either or both, depending on your needs.
